Are you a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional looking to take control of your earnings and work independently? Join our team as a 1099 Sales Representative, responsible for selling cutting-edge diagnostic products and molecular reagent solutions within your designated sales market. Your mission: meet or exceed sales goals by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business through strategic upselling, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Position Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving Sales Objectives: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within your region.
- Building Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Managing Sales Pipeline: Lead the sales process from acquisition to contract signing, advancing prospects efficiently.
- Strategizing for Success: Plan and organize your territory to maximize profitability, meet KPIs, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborating with Partners: Work closely with distribution partners to drive sales revenue and profitability.
- Engaging with Decision-Makers: Schedule and conduct meetings with Directors & Managers to discuss their needs.
- Managing Accounts: Develop and service point-of-care and laboratory accounts within your territory.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales volumes and report results against projections, making necessary adjustments.
- Implementing Sales Strategies: Participate in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Expanding Customer Base: Grow the installed base by developing a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot.
- Representing Verséa: Attend trade shows and professional meetings to showcase our solutions.
