Verséa is confident you will be completely satisfied with the purchase of our products. In the event something does not seem right, please contact us directly. If you feel your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to file a claim to [email protected]
or call 1-800-396-0670 to speak to Customer Service. You will need to provide information including photo proof of damage.
Healthcare Professionals Policy
– For HCPs offering Verséa directly to their patients, Verséa will either provide a refund or exchange unsold product after 45 days. All products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible.
Consumers purchasing Verséa through the Patient Direct program
- You may request a refund directly with Verséa if not fully satisfied. Any approved refunds will be for the purchase price of the product minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING,DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
Product is not shipped until full payment has been received. Once an order has been received in our system and paid for, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipping times are dependent on location from our fulfillment center as well as any weather related or holiday issues. Typical shipping times may vary from 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.
